The decoration was nice and up market and the roof bar is a lovely space
I wanted a coffee from the bar but they’d stopped serving everywhere in the hotel, not a brew in sight. Also we were on the ground floor and it was super noisy, which meant we didn’t sleep much - so much so we left early (7.45am) to get an earlier train home. Won’t be staying again.

Very helpful receptionist
Grumpy bar man downstairs. Shower needed deep clean. Also hot water kept cutting out. Lights in room didn't work properly
