It was very stylish, good location, great value, nice breakfast. Great to have shampoo etc provided, bathroom was very modern and clean
There is an issue with the plumbing where there were frequent loud noises as the water switched on from all the rooms around me. The hanging space was to short for trousers or dresses. there was no stool or chair to sit anywhere, and the hairdryer had a very tightly coiled spring wire that to reach your head when standing (as no seating) was very hard work!

It was clearly new, so all very clean and in good order.
The light on the shower was flickering but wasn’t too bad
We only used the room , with no breakfast , but there was a terrible smell behind the bar area on the way to the toilets , which I guess is where people would be eating later .

Superb location. Right next to the tram station, close to restaurants and Trafford center.
Loved the shower facility, the water pressure and shower gel.
Loved the automated DND status for the rooms, very cool.
No carpets but why no complimentary slippers?
The light in my room kept going off. Netflix wasn't working on the smart TV.
Breakfast too basic.
