The room was fab and spacious. We stayed on the 8th floor and the views from the room were outstanding with big windows surrounding the room.
The hotel is an unbelievable location and the area seems boujee with the street from the hotel to the city centre full of gorgeous restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel is so close to the train station but there was no noise from the trains.
The hotel is about a 10-15min walk from the city centre but it is sucha lovely walk.
The room has a kettle, selection of tea (which was replaced each morning), milk, cups etc. the room also has an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The bathroom has everything you need - soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.
The room was cleaned the next day and the towels were replaced and used tea and coffee products were replaced.
Breakfast was gorg and very good value for money.
Our room was very cold with the thermostat set at 18.5°C. We tried to turn up the heat but the AC was far from the bed which meant it took ages for the room to heat up.
As it is a new hotel, the rooms have normal plug sockets and USC sockets but no USB charging ports in the room (however they did have them in reception).
There was no water left in the room but there was access to water station in reception so just make sure to bring your own bottles.

Clean place, nice breakfast, friendly staff, we would stay again.
No table and chair in the room, also no comfy chair I think that was because maybe we had a basic room. Will upgrade room next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and a true credit to this hotel. The bedrooms were clean and bedding, towels and toiletries of good quality. Sadly no water supplied in rooms so tap water would have to do unless you brought your own (or bring a bottle as there was a refill station downstairs and this water was very tasty). Coffee and tea in rooms were basic but we did not try these. We didn't opt for breakfast as our grown up kids prefer to brunch out at various places. There was a Cafe Nero attached to the side of the hotel where we did have coffee and bakes. The bar looked popular with a few people when we arrive bak after being out of an evening. Bar looked pretty stocked. Location of this hotel is pretty good. Walking distance to most places you'd want to visit and a tram station just runs the corner.
The rooms despite being clean was on the small side. The beds are not huge either. There might be a choice to have larger beds but we didn't notice this when booking.

Location and views from our upper floor room were amazing. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean and fresh.
