Perfect location, just across the road from cuppapug and very close to central Manchester. Room was a very good size with a lovely layout. Good choice of continental breakfast. Two lifts and friendly staff.
There were a lot of workmen about due to them improving the premises( which couldn’t be helped) the cooked breakfast wasn’t very hot and not very tasty but plenty of continental options

Great location, not far from Aviva Studios where we went to see a show. Really cheap rates for a Sunday night and the breakfast was amazing. The room was very spacious, the beds comfortable, perfect temperature. Although we had to wait half an hour for our rooms to be ready because some staff were off sick, we did get a complimentary breakfast and it was quite honestly well worth the wait. The reception staff member was really lovely about it and went out of her way to help us.
There was a very weird bathroom right next to the beds that didn’t have a door, so we each had to go sit at the other side of the bedroom while the other showered. Whoever designed the rooms had thought enough to put the toilet separately with a door that closed so we could poo in private, but not enough to attach a door to the bathroom so we could avoid seeing each other in the buff.

Huge rooms good location
Aging and bubbled carpet in room and corridors, and that parking isn’t subsidised for guests

Room very spacious. Bathroom clean. There were some small stains on the bed sheets though.
Wasn’t advised there were renovations going on as had planned to have a meeting in the reception. Luckily the room was 2 storeys and had plenty of space. There were lots of creaks and noises from the people above when they were walking around their room. This is not a fault of the guests but everytime they walked from bed to bathroom etc this created lots of noise.
