Extremely comfortable and if you’re going to the AO Arena, it’s only a four minute walk which is absolutely ideal.
Property was perfect. The one thing they do not have decaf teabags and that’s maybe something that they need to look at. It’s not a criticism it’s just something that the hotel needs to address.

We had a meal before our show which was excellent and really good value.

Central for stations and shops. Exceptionally clean. Had everything needed. Good choice of breakfast. Staff were lovely.

The hotel location was great in relation to the city centre.
The down side was it being on top of a pub...which i knew when I booked it..but didn't realise the world cup was on and England was playing...the noise outside the hotel was horrendous as we had to sleep with the windows open due to the very hot spell of weather.
The breakfast at the hotel was decent and the staff were very accommodating.
No air con and being on the 2nd floor was a killer.
Noise outside, no air con so had to sleep with windows open...under normal weather conditions and windows closed then it could have been fine.
