Ideal location for the Opera House - just a few minutes walk away.
Lovely room - huge bed - just up several flights of steep stairs - needs to say that in the advert - you expect stairs - but the flight up to the 2nd floor are quite steep.
Price for the room was good - but thought Breakfast would be included into the price, but did get 20% off the breakfast as a resident.
Considering in a room over a busy pub - wasn't troubled by any noise.
Breakfast should be included in the price.
Mention the stairs - not good for older visitors.

The location is really nice, close to restaurants, bars, stores. The room has everything you really need and is really cozy and nice especially for the value. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and the food is amaaazing. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in manchester!
You can hear into the hallway pretty easily, but that’s hard to avoid with older buildings. You hear almost nothing from the bar even if they’re blasting music!

The location was excellent. Good value for money.
The shower rail was broken and hanging precariously by one screw. The mattress springs were broken. The hot water in the sink was temperamental.
