Absolutely spotless, very comfortable beds, basic but functional kitchen, mostly peaceful (although the fire doors throughout are heavy and do bang a bit). Great welcome from Colin. Modern digital locks so felt secure. Good location relatively to transport routes including motorway and trams.
A shelf in the shower would be handy and the small sofa was a combination of very soft (base) and rock hard (back). But overall these are minor concerns.

Easy free parking at the property. Close by to the city centre. Microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle in room. Clean and tidy and not bad for the price paid. Digital locks to gain entry which was great.
Overwhelming smell of Cannabis 24/7 in the room. Washer in kitchen sink needs replacing as drips all
Night. Bathroom very tiny and struggle to move around in. Bathroom sink doesn’t clear quickly and overfills. Room on the small side. Bed was very uncomfortable and could feel split in divan base through the mattress which was lumpy and hard to sleep on. We were near exit doors and all day and early hours of the morning you can hear people slamming the doors. First night we counted 27 times between 12am and 9am. Needs some TLC around the room, tape marks on edge of mirror, silicone falling off in shower, floorboard going through under window
