The hotel was a short walk ftom Oxford Road rail station so it was really convenient. The reception staff were helpful. I mislaid my key and they were quick to offer me a replacement. The complimentary breakfast was also of a good standard as well.
After breakfast (Sat.) I noticed that the cleaning staff left the trolleys in the lift and as a consequence , there was not enough room for guests so after waiting for sometime, I used the stairs. I also found that whilst my bed and the bathroom was done, the teas and milk were not touched. Yes, I am sure the reception staff would attend to this had I called them but as I returned to my room quite late. It would be good to have enough milk for tea before bed and first thing in the morning.

Convenient area, easy to get around hotel. Nice shower. Comfy bed
The lights and sockets near right side of the bed as you look at it was dead so couldn’t charge mobile. Then in middle of night it had an outer glow whereas other side of bed it didn’t. Also the light under tv over desk didn’t work.. no shampoo or shower gel in the shower.
