Really nice pool and sauna area. Fun activities for kids. Good breakfast but I think it was better 2 years ago when we stayed there.
The room we had was a triple and very small. It also was missing a towel rack. It is an older hotel and needs some sprucing up, especially the carpet throughout the hotel.

Overall Impression The hotel is a decent place to stay, though the experience varies significantly depending on the day of the week. While it is very easy to reach by car, parking is a major challenge on Saturdays due to the high volume of guests.
The breakfast was decent, though the quality fluctuated during our stay. Since the hotel was at full capacity on Saturday, Sunday’s spread was generous; however, the variety decreased noticeably on Monday and Tuesday.
The Spa facilities seem geared more toward children’s activities than relaxation. Furthermore, the operating hours are inconvenient for a spa-focused vacation—closing at 19:00 on Sundays and 20:00 on weekdays is far too early.
Noise management is a significant issue. On Saturday, the hotel was extremely loud with children screaming in the hallways at all hours. Additionally, the soundproofing is poor; we could clearly hear the shower running in the neighboring room.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Our towels were only changed on the first day, and for the remainder of our stay, we had to visit the reception personally to request fresh ones. Finally, be cautious with the billing. Despite our Booking.com confirmation, the hotel attempted to overcharge us by €100 due to a "breakfast miscalculation." While it was resolved at checkout, guests should double-check their totals carefully.
