Great local food, informative and kind staff, a clean and steaming hot Finnish sauna that helped sooth the days' aches and pains. It also made drinks more delicious! Can't tell you how nice the outdoor rest after the sauna was listening to the sounds of nature in my towel.
Alcohol is expensive! We loved the taste of the Kygro Finnish drink but it was a bit weak and it cost more than it should. The equivalent in Tokyo would have cost 1 -2 Euro for a 9% drink

The peaceful location, easy access by public transport, delicious food and drinks. Beer & cider in the bar is local and meals all from local meat and fish. Staff were very welcoming and informative and gave us some good suggestions including to take a swim in the local lake which was wonderful in the morning & the evening.
It was a shame that you could only use the sauna at certain times, and it would be handy to have a sign directly outside the sauna as a reminder of the men/women only sessions as they are different at weekends.

The hotel is amazing, in the middle of nature!! An incredible experience and the food is great
The sauna was a bit small but still it was wonderful to get the chance to use it as part of our reservation. We really enjoyed the experience!
