Amazing old palace with newly renovated hotel section. Pool area was big & had great views. The hotel bfast was great quality & variety. The town was a short walk away.
Our bed was 2 king singles pushed together, so had a gap in the middle. Mattress was slightly too hard.

The old palace and the new hotel were combined together perfectly.
Stunning in every way and breakfast was superb.

The large sitting areas, the spa area and the history of the building. The toasty sandwich and chips were great value as a snack. The soundproof bedrooms. Loved the robes and towels and the espresso coffee machine in rooms.
I would have liked a mat on my bedroom floor which was cold. I found the bedroom very dowdy and old fashioned. Too much dark wood, floor walls and wardrobes. Did not find the wardrobe door handles easy to use.
