I liked the location and how spacious the room was.
I didn't like how the room didn't have a good heater it did have a heater but it didn't heat up the room well.

location so close to Mofo Festival we didn't need to drive anywhere! and less than 40 min drive up mt welly. The carpark was very useful for storing our rental car. The views from room 25 were really nice and access to the balcony and back stairs was very convenient. Didn't mind the stairs at all, there were platforms at each turn to take a breath.
Nobody came to replace our towels, and we did stay for several days. We would have liked a quick vacuum halfway through our stay also. The shower was usable but could have had more water pressure. No towel rails, or shelves... we used the rail in the shower and the windowsill to store our bathroom things.

Location perfect
We were there 4 nights with no fresh towels. Even fresh towels after 2 nights would be fine or perhaps leave 4 towels instead of 2 when people are staying longer than a couple of nights
