Breakfast was adequate. Everyone says that Cinnamon buns are famous in Finland, but when we got to breakfast there were none. Staff were excellent, view from room was fine.
Although we could park outside, we didn't know about the restrictions.

The gym! Exceptional
I didn't get told there wouldn't be daily room cleaning unless you asked for it. Not a big deal. But I did want extra milk for a coffee daily.

Good room, good breakfast, free parking, good facilities and decent gym. Hotel is connected to Sveitsin Uimahalli. Full size pools, both indoor and during summer outdoor, and wonderful sauna available.
Located in a forest/park area so good walking area nearby. Hotel is not far from Hyvinkää center.

Vety good catering. Both the breakfast and the restaurant. The location was also very good. Staff do a good job and are pleasant.
I was quite disappointed overall due to the very misleading information. I booked two rooms for four guests at what I believed to be a spa hotel. Both booking.com and ebookers say Quality Sveitsi is a spa hotel. All the online information lead me to believe that the hotel had its own swimming pool. When in fact it is not their swimming pool and so access is limited. No access Wednesday mornings and one access per night booked. One can purchase tickets for additional use of the pool. Not what one would expect at a hotel calling itself Quality Hotel.
I did spend several minutes with the front desk discussing a number of points regarding my stay and hopefully some changes will be seen in the future.
Main points being: condition of the rooms, our room needed maintenance (photo shown to front desk) the second room was infested with ants ( in the end part of November) and had to be changed. No floor heating in the bathroom. Makes drying swimwear difficult and cold to stand in during winter months. Notices for guests in each room was only in English. I was also surprised that I was not asked to give a formal feedback to the hotel as I spent time going through these comments. Only my booking agent booking.com has asked me for feedback.
My final comment is this hotel has the potential to be a quality hotel and not just in name.
