Room was located at front by road and noisy at times as coaches arrived late evening. But not major issue

I cannot have an opinion for the rest of the room in the hotel, but we were given a room (SUITE) that exceeded all our expectations and any other accommodation we have ever stayed in. The decoration, the size, the luxury, the ammenities where to die for. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious, and also ordered a pizza at midnight that was delivered to our room. Dream stay!

It was close to Cork and the Midelton Jameson Distillery. It accommodated our need for two queen beds in one room.
The rooms and decor were rather dated and worn. The mattress was not great quality. The pool was part of an independent gym that shares the building. There are public swimming pools classes there, and gym bros coming and going through the back doors into the gym facility. The clientele in the lobby was more eccentric each time we passed through. It was quite sufficient for one night, just to sleep.
