Room was simple, comfortable and well presented. Bed was very comfortable. It has a microwave which is very handy.
Would be helpful to have a toaster. While the room was clean, the cleaner missed a beanie left in the cupboard by a previous occupant.

Staff excellent. No a/c controller when arrived but staff found one. Did not work and had to leave message at the unattended front desk to an Ai generated phone call after hours. Not expecting any response, was pleasantly surprised when she knocked on the door with the correct controller and a blanket. ( failed to mention room was cold due to open window) Greatly appreciated.
Hallway and lift areas showing their age. Time to refresh.

The configuration & price. Very friendly & helpful staff
Furniture was very old. Springs were gone in the couch, dining chairs were unstable. There was a small balcony next to the main room that was covered in a sludge that had a foul odour
