I liked that the breakfast was given and I know that it was because the price of the room charged as well so no surprise. I liked the spa bath and the clean bathroom and I liked that the hotel does the buffet meals.
The price was a bit high for the room. And the buffet staff member (only one particular we were speaking to at the front desk of the buffet) we would suggest a customer service training would do him better. We booked for a dinner session 5.30 to 7.20pm and we were staying at the hotel. It was after 5.30 and before 6pm, we were at the front desk of the buffet checking in for our session, that staff member was saying to us "You were late, I was about to cancel your booking!" to me personally I would accept me being late if I appeared at 7.21pm at night. I even got message to my mobile ahead of the time to confirm my booking so I would know how to cancel my booking myself. I was speechless.

Location, access to restaurants was easy.
Sport Bar closed early, 9.30 on a Saturday night! Also room keys stopped working, very annoying.

Very nice hotel, 5 star in my view. Very modern large well appointed room and exceptionally clean
Unfriendly front counter staff. The property advertised breakfast included then on arrival it’s just some basic continental fair. Who eats a chocolate muffin for breakfast anyway?
