Poor didnt want to stay in thr room only to sleep more like a hostel with hotel prices

The room was in a poor condition rips in the curtains, stained carpet unclean the bedding was clean and ok but overall the room needs a good decorating and new furniture

The ignorant rude selfish guests on friday night who destroyed a nights sleep from midnight till 3am because they were too drunk, entitled and selfish to keep the noise down. The hotel staff did everything they could to rectify the situation but you just cant deal with entitled and selfish

Fantastic, would definitely recommend and return again.

The staff went above and beyond, the food and service was superb, the vuew from outside our windiw lovely, shower incredible 😁

After leaving my key at reception I've been hounded with calls claiming I didn't leave the key and demanding a £100 fee for the loss of key

Superb

Very friendly staff aways willing to help if needed. Great location for our holiday, which we extended since a week was not enough!!! Room & bar / restaurant always warm. Highly recommend

Very good

Big room big bathroom with bath and shower. Nice pillows and quite big and enough towels

It's no double bed and 2 single beds are connected as double not home heating working but they provide fan heater

Disappointing

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, shower pressure was excellent.

The room walls and ceiling were yellow, felt uncared for, and needs redecorating. Stairs were steep, and felt unsafe. Price paid for room was way to high for the quality of accommodation.

Comfortable and welcoming staff.

We have stayed here several times. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The rooms desperately need refurbishment. The staff clean as much as they can but the decor is very poor and the fixtures and fittings are way past their sell by date.

tired decor in rooms ie bath panel mouldy and damp in bathroom . piece of headboard missing so screws sticking out. dust & dirt under bed . buildings look like no maintenance been attempted for a long while.

I don't recommend.

It was close to the venue for our friends wedding.

The room was dirty and beaten up...the shower was mouldy and had a semi fixed hole in the bath, the cupboards were falling apart and the staff other than the manager were really rude and not approachable, I am an easy guest so don't ask for much but I'm polite and expects manners in return from anybody. Wouldn't ever stay again. It was cheap but still not worth sleeping in a dump.
