Handy location close to our cycle route. Excellent value, very comfortable, quiet location, and many nice selections at the buffet breakfast
It would have been nice to have a covered or secure area to leave our bikes overnight

The breakfast was great!
The staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful.
The room wasn’t particularly clean, bedside table coffee ring marks on one side and dusty.
No bags in waste bin
No spoons on coffee station.
Generally understaffed on bar many customers were complaining.
When staff did come we and other guests were not acknowledged. It felt like we were an inconvenience.
There was not a drinks menu and because of general staff unhelpfulness it wasn’t a pleasure to choose drinks .
