Location is absolutely perfect highly recommend
Clean rooms with a fresh feel
Staff were lovely, we got a free hot chocolate on arrival and they gave my children a plush teddy each
Lovely views but we were put in the back tower which was a shame so views were not perfect
Small mishap on checkout, we waited quite a while for our valet car then noticed it was in fact out the front but no one bothered to tell us. Also, the elevator doesn’t go to top floor we had to walk up stairs which was annoying with suitcases although they did offer to help but we declined… then wished we asked for help!

The view was great. Close to things. The pillows were amazing.
Water pressure was terrible the entire stay.
The bath was a bit dirty.
Shower head was low, so had to bed down to get hair wet.
Felt old and like it hadn't been updated in a while. Cracks in tiles in the bathroom.
Overall underwhelming.
