The breakfast at Scandic Oulu was excellent! There was such a great variety to choose from, with plenty of options for everyone. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!
However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the bed could be more comfortable for a better night’s sleep.

Rooms have nice large windows. TV is easy to operate. Parking available underground ( priced separately)
Breakfast was not included in the price and it was not clearly communicated in Booking. This is misleading. Pictures of the hotel location were unclear. Air conditioning unit cover was open in the room ( accidental) , and could not be closed. Mattresses are soft in the middle. Sauna in the gym was inoperational ( Stove heating cover broken / inoperational)
There is now green area close by, so taking dogs out is not possible until further out.
