Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception team – very kind, professional and always willing to help. Their attitude really contributed to making my stay so enjoyable. Good breakfast and a very nice bonus of complimentary coffee available to guests 24 hours a day. The room was tastefully and stylishly furnished. The building itself is not the most modern, but it is very well maintained, and the interiors are pleasant, elegant and full of character. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable here. For me, this is the best hotel outside Helsinki that I have stayed at in Finland so far.
The hotel is not located directly in the city centre. For me, however, this was not a disadvantage – I actually appreciated being so close to the train station as I travelled by train.

Comfy and quit room, comfortable bed. Good location.
Rooms are starting to be a bit outdated. Very small sauna.

Really good breakfast. Clean room, would have been very tight with two people in my twin room, but fine for one. Small wet room worked ok but a bit small to use the shower.
Bathroom bit small but manageable.

The room design itself is not that good its like old facilities.. and the sauna was not that hot.
