the location was perfect.
the comments and the hotel itself mentioned that the rooms was small but we didnt realize how small untill we arrived there.

This is a return stay for us on the Rive Gauche. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well situated on a small plaza with three bar/bistros. Our room was still quiet at night. Breakfast is generous & thoughtfully varied; eggs & beans, yogurt & granolas, baguettes & fruit, and lots of coffee.
Watch your head going down to breakfast if you’re tall like us.

The location on Place de la Sorbonne is ideal for walking to famous landmarks.
The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed.
We have stayed in Select Hotel several times over the years and it has always been our go to hotel.
What makes it all the more special is the staff, particularly the reception staff.
Laurent greeted us like old friends and even remembered us from previous trips. He deserves a special mention for his enthusiasm and friendliness.
We will return to Paris again and always stay at Select Hotel

Convenient location
No hot water, broken toilet phone. Unsafe shower entry, exit particularly for the elderly
