Location couldn’t be better. In the 6th Arrondissement, a few blocks from Notre Dame, surrounded by restaurants and shops, yet on a very quiet block. The staff was super helpful (special thanks to Louis). The first morning. followed the usual advice never to get the breakfast offered by the hotel , but the next day we were tired so we just went to the breakfast room. Better meal and cheaper than the local cafe. There are some pretty steep steps, but also a teeny, but functional elevator- big enough for a suitcase and one person. Very small room, but excellent shower. A/c worked fine. All in all we loved it and would come back again. Check out Patang down the block - small and cozy Indian restaurant with excellent food.
As mentioned, the elevator was a little claustrophobic, but functional.

Beautifully refurbished suite to a high standard. Very chic. Super comfortable bed & spacious high quality bathroom. Well sited in the small lanes of St Germain near Parisian cafes & brasseries. 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame along side the Seine.
As the hotel is sited opposite a bar/cafe it’s not super quiet of course. But it’s lovely to hear the buzz of life outside & it didn’t disturb our sleep.

The room itself was beautiful and clean. Staff was great and very helpful - carrying my 20kg suitcase up & down as elevator didn’t work.
Non-working elevator, crazy loud noise from construction within the building. Stairway super narrow and filled with stuff - construction, cleaners’ stuff. It was an adventure. Seems like once finalized, the hotel will be fantastic, but during our stay it was far from it.
