Location fabulous. Loved the intimate feel of the downstairs and the honesty bar . Superior room quite small but lovely aspect. Concierge very friendly and attentive.
I had asked the hotel for a reservation to be made at La Maison Rose on the first night. We went all the way up to Montmartre and the restaurant did not have a record which was a disappointment.

Courtyard should be put to use for breakfast.
When you walk in at 10.30 and ask breakfast for 2 , first thing waiter does is look at his watch in exagerated way. Did it again with next couple. Could have slapped him. Not nice at all. Then you pay 40 euros a person for breakfast with a waiter who s not liking it. Real bad point.
Also curtain was not fixed well , lot of light came in and second night still not fixed ( I did not mention it though) room 23.

beautiful building and beautifully decorated
self-service check-in and the cleaning cart and rubbish bag lived in the hallway of the bedrooms - right outside my room for the duration of my stay. I did ask for it to be moved but that didn’t happen. also, no bar service - honesty bar and self service again.
