The staff is unbelievably helpful, professional and courteous. Sanjay is the best concierge I have seen in any hotel. They went above and beyond to help us with luggage. Suggested outings and restaurants. They made our stay special. There was even a social hour where we met some very interesting people!!

The location and how charming the property was.
I do wish the AC was cooler, but I am used to a different climate so I’m sure it was just fine.
