The location is great. The air condition in the room worked perfectly. Towels and cleaning are done on request. A welcome bottle of water and a small sweet are awaiting you. Minibar with space to put a drink or yoghurt and coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed and curtains that darken the room properly at night. A great shower
Nothing to dislike but lobby area and breakfast area still being under refurbishment so could not comment on them but outside hotel plenty of options for lovely breakfast

This is the forth time I have stayed at this hotel, and always go back here because of its location and how friendly the front of house staff are. The are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel has been under renovation for almost all of 2026 and it is a little disappointing that the reception/foyer area is less than welcoming when you first arrive and gives the wrong impression. Also disappointing is lack of breakfast area while this work is going on.

Excellently located. Cute rooms. Size slightly bigger than average for Paris. Complementary snacks in the room. Nice interior design. Very responsive online customer service.
Shower gel was not filled before our arrival. The reception area was under construction and we were notified of this barely a week before our trip - looked not great. They forgot to bill us 8 euros when we arrived and then for some reason felt they should immediately do this when we arrived back from our restaurant. This kind of ruined the vibe of the evening for us. They could easily have corrected this error at checkout (or just left it uncorrected, it is 8 euros for crying out loud) rather than at midnight on our first night.

Location was good
Room had a mouldy smell. Whilst we had some air freshener given to us, it only lightly masked the smell. With the heat wave it was impossible to try to air the room so we just tolerated the smell for the 3 nights
