Pros:
* The hotel boasts a prime location for shoppers and visitors, situated directly in front of the designated underground walkway that leads immediately to Souq Al-Mubarakiya.
* The surrounding neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. Due to its positioning as a 3-star property, the hotel is also quiet indoors as it attracts few family guests or children.
* Despite the building's shabby, old appearance, the rooms and bathrooms are notably clean.
* Free WiFi is available to all guests.
* The staff are helpful.
Cons:
* it’s a 3-star hotel by all means.
* Very old building with a shabby lobby.
* The rooms are re innovated, but still not modern enough.
* Not suitable for families due to its positioning as a 3-star hotel that will most likely attract solo men travelers for a very short stay with a low budget.
* You can hear anyone talking in the hallway, but overall it’s a quite area and the sounds will disappear quickly as they enter their rooms
* No private parking, but there is a free parking lot behind the hotel. We didn’t had a problem with it.
* Very low ceiling and small room with a very compact wardrobe.
* The bathroom is in a very good condition, but too small.
* The curtains are not good enough to block the sun entirely from entering the room, but we didn’t had a problem with it.
* They need to change the pillows as they are not filled enough; almost flat.
* No early check-ins until you pay extra fees.
* For a room of two adults, they provided only one towel.
* As for free toiletries, they only provide a hand soap and shampoo.
* There are NO slippers, robes, hair dryer, iron, dental kits, shower cap, body lotion, or any free toiletries that you normally find in decent hotels.
