I like the location it is nice because you have 2 malls and is in the center of kuwait city، this is not important but worth mentioning the elevator is so fast at reaching the floor its so amazing and satisfying i really liked it
The doors in the rooms need some maintenance / the water in the bathroom is so hot that you get burns if you put it in hot / the room was smelly a little bit because it is a little bit humid inside the rooms but when you open the AC the smell will go away / the valet takes alot of time to come outside to park your car or to remove the barriers of parking , even sometimes i must go to the lobby to tell the receptionist that i want to park my car, even that ! they take alot of time to arrive / when i arrived the safe was broken but they change it when i told them about it / when they take my luggage sometimes they take alot of time to bring it to my room / sometimes when i call the restaurant , room service , they take a long time to answer my call it seems the managers there they don't do great job in controlling the employees/
The room design was awkward a little bit it needs some renovation / the bed wasn't comfortable but it gets the job done
