Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war herausragend.
Das Speisenangebot zum Frühstück, zur Jause und zum Abendessen war sehr gut, abwechlungsreich und lecker.
Die Lage des Hotels mit dem herlichen Blick in die Berge eine regelrechte Wohltat.
Für Frühaufsteher wäre ein Zugang zum Kaffee früher am Morgen toll oder noch besser Kaffeemaschine und Minibar auf den Zimmern.
Mehr Aufgüsse im Saunabereich wären wünschenswert.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unterstützend, auch bei Sonderwünschen. Der Pool und die Saunalandschaft sind außergewöhnlich. Das Essen, wir hatten Halbpension war überdurchschnittlich. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des Hauses haben ihr Bestes gegeben. Wir werden wieder kommen.
Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre toll.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was phenomenal! They had lots of house made meats, yogurt and honey that were excellent. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but there is another nearby (3 minutes away) restaurant with traditional Austrian food that was also great.
Value was ok, but the spa facilities have limited hours which make it difficult to use the saunas if you are also skiing. We stayed in a suite, which did not include any coffee maker or even small refrigerator which would be a little limiting for a longer stay or with kids where its nice to have food on hand at all times. They have free coffee in the main dining area, but this can be a good distance away depending on your room location.
