The location , clean , lovely staff , breakfast was good

Great location in the heart of the old city, close to lots of must-see attractions. The staff were very friendly, and helped me make a booking given my poor Turkish language skills. And the breakfast buffet was excellent!
A top sheet on the bed would have been nice rather than a blanket, given the warm nights in summer.

Everything. The location was perfect. The room was so quiet (I don't know what type of noise isolation used but it was perfect), when we had the window closed there was really no noise at all. The staff were soooo nice (so sorry that I forgot to write the review after leaving and forgot their names because they are worth mentioning for how helpfull and nice they were). The room was not the biggest but for us it was enough and perfect. And had everyrhing we needed. The breakfast had some good options and was very good. The trip was a birthfay gift for my mother and she is somehow picky but here she did not complain about anything.
There is nothing to dislike.

I liked the staff too much they are too much friendly especially brother GHALEB also ABDULLAH . in addition, when we use to have our breakfast, all the staff of the kitchen are very wonderful, friendly, humble, and so kind!
I did not like the quality of the hotel in general as it is rated by 4 stars . the service and the facilitates should be done better that expected .... for example : the fridge had to be fixed and was not working properly, we did not have shampoo in the bathroom , .....
