Great hotel, fantastic location, very close to everything. Tram and metro are on 1 minute walk.
Rooms are good size and very clean, they was cleaned every day. Breakfast a lot of varieties. We will come back here for sure for every our next visit Istanbul.

The location is amazing, close to the metro and the train! The place is beautiful, the room is extra comfortable and the staff is the most helpful! I strongly recommend this hotel!

The reception staff (aras is his name I think) was welcoming. There was running hot water. Reasonable for a single person, 1-2 days stay. The cleaning lady was always smiling and helpful, she regularly hoovered and cleaned the room. Its near the tram station
Honest review: I asked for a late checkout in my initial booking and They promised they would try sort it but refused last minute which was a disappointment. They could have been honest from the start.The breakfast staff were rude and made me feel like a burden when asked for milk for my child. The breakfast itself could have been better. They didn't have coffee and gave 3in1 / instant sachets and when asked they said they wouldn't top up though there was still an hour left. This was constant throughout the stay. The room was cleaned regularly but very worn out and had an old smell. I wouldn't say it's good for a family stay. There were no dimmable night lamps in the room. Most of the facilities were not available (laundry, breakfast in room, iron etc.) And the sink regularly got blocked. I asked for an iron and it was black, it damaged my clothes. They need to regulate and update their services. The cups were washed at the toilet sink, which was very unhygienic. An average hotel with standard services.
