Hotel close to the metro and in walking distance of the main tourist sites and good value of money..
Could do with some maintenance and the pool is dates with no bar service… breakfast was average though plenty of food to choose from..

The staff was generally good, despite a basic English preparation. A special mention to Yasin, which was exceptional, always ready to help with courtesy, professionally and with the best attitude possible. I've traveled to a lot of places but I've never seen somebody better than him at his job, not even in 5 stars luxury hotels. Dinner and breakfast were ok.
The room was inadequate. We found a dirty blanket, the walls were not sound proof (contrary to the room description), we heard the neighbors tv and a lot of noises from the streets. Thankfully we brought ear plugs. The management was poor: one night they were working on the rooftop from 22:00 up past 01:00. I also felt they were understaffed.
