Location and friendly staff. I stayed only one night but it was really good time there.
I am not fan of cats so I didn't like cats in the breakfast area. Door locks and no lift.

The staff were friendly and willing to help with anything, they made us feel welcome. When we complained about a couple of things, they either sorted them out or upgraded our accommodation free of charge. That side of things was fine.
The first room we were given (budget double room) had several things missing ie. wardrobe/clothes rack, TV remote, safety deposit box, toiletries. The TV didn't work, the skirting and decor was shabby and one of the doors wouldn't lock. The room was really disappointing. But when we complained they upgraded us to a economy double room free of charge which we thought was very decent of them. However, even then our TV didn't work and there was no safe place to store our valuables. When we complained again, they said they would sort these out but nothing was done. Also, it didn't appear as if either of the rooms were cleaned at any point during our 4 day stay, not good.
