Wonderful location. Walking distance from airport shuttle, views of the Sea of Marmara, 10-15 minutes’ walk to the main attractions of Sultanahmet. Good breakfast, served Ahmet in my room overlooking the sea.
My room was up three flights of a narrow spiral staircase. While Ahmet kindly carried my bag up and down, navigating the staircase was pretty scary the day there was a long blackout.
My suite of two rooms, while spacious, was eccentric. There were two beds, one in each room, but only the one under the air conditioner was usable when I stayed in late summer. Unfortunately, there was a strange ultraviolet light in that room, which meant reading was hard.

The location was superb, all facilities are within walking distance. It was also very affordable and great value for the money we paid. And last but not the least, staff (Mr Ahmed) was very hospitable and helpful.

The location and the price are unbeatable. I had a great stay at Happy Suites. The owner is so kind and helpful. The check in was very easy. This place is a gem if you find it available on booking. Great location next to all the touristic hot spots, very quiet neighbourhood, big room and breakfast all in a cheap price. Thank you for your hospitality.
The shower was doing some weird things after sometime of using it. It was changing the temperature of the water fast to cold and back to hot. I guess that they can definitely fix that.
