Amazing, modern hotel. Very luxurious, comfortable rooms. Great location. You can easily walk to Spanish Steps.
The breakfast buffet selection could definitely be improved.

We booked an expensive suite, so I’m glad it lived up to expectations, though they never fixed our dripping shower. The concierge team is excellent, but the breakfast restaurant staff needs an overhaul. They were too slow; the coffees took forever to arrive, on one occasion, after 25mins of waiting and asking three times, we left. Also, most of the staff didn’t understand English or know how to smile, and for 45 euros per person, I'd seriously recommend eating somewhere local.
