The Hotel was clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Even thought I brought my own products It was reinsuring know the rooms did have shower gels, soap, hair dryer, ironing board etc
While not a particular fault with hotel other guest could be noisy. I did also hope parking would of been including the price too.

Good size room and ensuite. Lovely and warm. Comfortable bed.
Great location for us as a base.

Great breakfast.
Cushions were stained, and some areas on the carpet. The bed throw was ripped and frayed around the bottom.
Some minimal cosmetic work needed to fill in missing plaster around the velux and general painting needed.
This did not detract from our actual stay.
Small car park and limited in surrounding area.

Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. There was plenty of parking. The room was very clean.
The parking process was a little complicated and time consuming. Indeed, I was one three people trying to pay for parking who were confused by the process. Disappointed that parking was an additional cost. The worst thing about my stay was the shower. The bathroom was very clean, but the shower had almost zero pressure. If I had hair, I would have struggled to get shampoo out of my hair. It really was the worst shower I have experienced in many years of hotel stays.
