Staff (led by Mel & Ryan) were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Room was large, well- designed and very clean. Great shower. Nice view from our window over the park.
Very handy for city centre- on direct bus route (201/203)
The only real downside for me of the hotel over the whole weekend was the wine I had in the bar- the house red was undrinkable!
Not the fault of the hotel itself, obviously, but the area it sits in is pretty shabby and the only food options locally are fast food places.
Minor note- the bar/ restaurant area was also very chilly. Easily resolved by wearing an extra layer.

We couldn't faut anything. Room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Staff were lovely, helpful and polite.
Breakfast was everything you could want and more.
Would 100% stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent, room, and staff were exceptionally attentive.
But I signed in to your parking for my. 2 day stay and I received 2 parking fines for £100 for both the days. I STAYED TOTALING £200. This is not acceptable. Please rectify
this matter .
Your car parking partner's are rip. of merchants and I will not be staying at your hotel again and I will let people know why.
I asked Beata if I had to sign in again if I. Went out in my car and she replied no.
