It's a very nice and comfortable hotel. It is located in a nice area, not far from the city centre or the highway. The surroundings are clean and quiet, shops and restaurants are close to the hotel. One of the biggest advantage is the staff - very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfest are great and the wi-fi is working flawlessly. My bed was very good, I slept well.
There was no hot water in the washbasin and the water pressure in the shower was very low. The access to the parking place is very narrow, but driveable. These are not major disadvantages, I just point them to give an honest assessment.

We only saw 1 member of staff who gave us our keys and served breakfast.

Generally clean and comfortable. Very well situated for me. Good shower comfortable bed and pillows.
Dirty toilet brush, immediately replaced upon complaint with brush that was not actually dirty but discoloured. Brushes ne ed to be disinfected with bleach for hygiene as well as appearance reasons.
Would have liked plain yoghurt and free range eggs for breakfast.

The location was good for me as I was attending a conference nearby
There was no heating in the bathroom which made it very chilly. I imagine this could be a much bigger issue in the winter.
The heating in the room was tricky too. The radiator was hard to put on, took quite a long time to warm up and then seemed to be an “all or nothing” affair.
The room was small
At over ÂŁ100 per night for room only I thought this was rather expensive.
