Apart from that it was ok

The sink had cracks in it . The shower took 5/10 minutes to get hot.

Check facilities rooms ect we could hear next door as if they was in our room very noisy big let down

Mixed - bed good everything eles could be looked at just a little more attention to detail

As a realy bad insomniac i dont really get much sleep and sleeping in hotels seem to be my worse nights not my uaual bed But i found this bed excellent and realy comfy was shocked at how much i enjoyed the stay that i mentioned it when checking out

Bein an asthmatic i found the lamps etc really dusty Fri 9th February room 219 Also being told to check in at 3 took them till 4.45 to be bioked in alot of people waited and where disappointed about it

Worst hotel stay ever

Nothing at all the place was dirty staff weren't nice there were very rude

Everything the whole place is run down, smells bad, rooms are bad and dirty and broken I didn't expect to have to pay 100 on top of what's been paid when the place is that dirty they shouldn't be doing a holding fee because they can just blame you for anything that's already dirty

Highly recommend this place

Didn’t have breakfast,but it looked delicious.we had dinner which was delicious.the staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely be booking it again next time we are in Glasgow.

Comfortable.

Clean and well serviced. Breakfast was good. Wifi good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities in the room were in need of refresh - the shower head was very loosely attached to the wall; the washbasin was cracked; there was no surface to put one’s own toiletries down on.

Breakfast could have been better, got a full breakfast to be given microwave reheated food. Then have to pay extra 😤

Really enjoyed staying here. Excellent location for the park, the West end and the city centre.

Está a unos 15 minutos del centro andando. La habitación está limpia y la cama es cómoda.

Durante la noche se escucha mucho jaleo de los demás huéspedes, entran y salen gritando y no se respeta el descanso de los demás. Además cuando llegas te cobran 100 libras de fianza, que son 118 eur aproximadamente y cuando te las devuelven el banco te cobra una comisión de unos 6 eur por el cambio de moneda. Eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

Good value and room was big and clean

Free breakfast was continental and felt a bit chaotic. Where it was laid out was a bit of a squeeze and the presentation could have been better - bread was in bags etc. A lot of things had run out and hadn’t been topped up. The second day we skipped breakfast as it wasn’t great.

Room was full of mould in bathroom also dirty only one set of towels when 2 in room booked dropped keys at side of bed and there was Macdonald’s wrapper behind it crack in bath very dirty

Bed was terrible would have been comfier on the floor. No bath stopper and staff told me to use toilet paper in the plug hole to stop water going away which is disgusting and ridiculously.

Nice wee stay

The room was expected for the value, was a lovely wee room, bed was comfy,, toilet/ shower was nice, room got cold but the heater after switching on made it lovely and warm, liked the complimentry drinks on arrival, staff very friendly and place overall was lovely, would definitely stay again and maybe try there food, didn't have time in this occasion. This was a good choice for staying if you have an event to see at the hydro as its only a short walk away.

The TV wasn't the best, not many choice of streaming channels, Netflix was foreign so couldn't watch anythin, had amazon prime but then wifif went off,. Wouldn't say there was anything really not to like other thanthat.

Location ideal for my purposes, very welcoming, comfortable stay.

Room was fine Location was excellent for my visit, we were at the Kelvin Hall. Continental breakfast was excellent. Used the restaurant for an evening meal on both nights, both were satisfactory. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

in the room, the duvet didn't cover the whole bed(not too much of a problem as I slept on the other side), Nor did the sheet fit properly. Check in was a bit chaotic as a good number of people all arrived at the same time and there wasn't much room with all the attendant luggage.

Excellent value with no downsides!

Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast- complimentary cava, clean and v comfortable room. Central location, parking, NOT in clean air zone.

Very disappointing as from the outside looks like a nice hotel and close to bars, restaurants and event venues.

Walking distance from the event venue.

The room we had was very basic there was no top on the flusher in the toilet and had tape on the floor, the bathroom was really small and hard to get in and out the shower with were the toilet is situated. The shower went hot and cold when you were in it. The windows were not double glazed so we were on the street side and the noise through the night was loud ie traffic and people walking past at all hours.

A positive stay in Glasgow.

Clean, tidy and modern. The staff were great and it was good having a bar and restaurant within the hotel that was not overpriced.

I didn’t like that you had to pay an extra £22.50 if you wanted a cooked breakfast over a Continental one.

The worst hotel experience I can remember; I felt like a prisoner on parole.

Asking a 100 L security deposit from every traveler has never happened to me before and is offensive. The hotel manager was disrespectful to the point of being rude. It is a disgrace that booking.com is playing along. I don’ t wish to having to read fine print during my vacation.

Don't bother stopping here go down the street to somewhere better

Location and quietness at times of room bit noisier Fri and Sat night

Size of room shocking wasn't really fit for 2 adults to share.wardrobe wonky open drawer it comes flying out not level.bath installed wrong way round non slip grips at opposite end to shower heads (slip hazard) no toilet roll holder .had to ask for room to be cleaned even when done no toilet roll given had to go downstairs at night to get more from night porter .corridors dark with the decor very claustrophobic ( as was bedroom )constant airfreshners going in corridors upset my chest big time very wheezy after them.room was so small that you had to be careful not to crack your head on the lockers

Good location

Good location for us near west end of city. Good continental breakfast though got very crowded. Car park a bonus in city centre though not the easiest to get in and out of.

Stayed two nights - room not serviced for second night. Room at front - noisy street as had to have window open as unusually hot for Glasgow in September.
