Staff were amazing and friendly! Attentive, positive, and always there to help. The room was a nice size, had everything I needed and breakfast was also lovely.
TV reception in the room was horrid and would keep flickering in and out. The mattress on the bed kept shifting whenever I moved, not sure why but laying still was otherwise fine. The bedroom door also needed to bang very loud to shut properly from the outside. I was only able to open one window and had to hold it to keep it open, it didn't automatically stay open and I needed to wedge an item under it to let fresh air in. The other bigger widow was sadly sealed shut.

The staff and food were exceptional. Fantastic porridge! We absolutely loved the location and neighborhood. Very walkable, next to the Botanic Garden, lots of eateries, fun university vibe.
Our room was lovely but the mattress seemed very worn out, with springs poking into you.

Breakfast was much appreciated and enjoyable, with very accommodating servers. Good location, nice residential area, walkable to popular attractions.
Old in need of significant updates. In 2026 you should have smart tv and cable channels available. Barely had reception to limited channels. Very interesting plumbing.
