Location is great to get around Paris, right next to Gaîté and Montparnasse train stations. They will hold luggage if you arrive early or need to check-out and leave bags.
Rooms are about the same size as average in Paris

We arrived at 5am because our train had been delayed, I was able to communicate with Luis at the reception desk and he confirmed that they would expect us anytime over night. Great location just across Gare Montparnasse. The window was open to help keep the room cool enough. Great view over Paris roofs from the 7th floor... Unlimited coffee for free at the reception when we checked out at 11am already...
We had asked for twin beds rather than queen, this was not fulfilled even though the beds do allow this configuration.
