Très bien

Super emplacement, un quartier animé et bien desservi, grand hôtel classique de très bonne qualité. Personnel efficace et accueillant. Tout s'est très bien passé !

Le prix reste assez élevé pour mon budget, j'ai pu profiter d'une promotion. Mais ravie d'avoir pu tester ainsi cet hôtel.

Tres bon séjour dans cet établissement.

L'acceuil de Siham à notre arrivée ainsi que sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous avons eu également le plaisir d'être surclassé en chambre privilège.

Hôtel très bien situé et correspondant à mes attentes

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé par rapport à la gare de Montparnasse. La chambre était spacieuse et très calme. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, très varié avec de nombreux produits et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Chaotischer Start in altem Hotel in guter Lage

Gemütlicher Lobbybereich, freundliches Personal, schöne Lage für einen Citytrip

Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, alles ist alt und verkratzt, die Möbel sehen nicht mehr schön aus, die Wände waren dreckig und im Bad waren einige Fliesen kaputt und die Fläche der Badewanne war komplett zerkratzt. Zudem kamen wir an und haben zuerst das falsche Zimmer zugeordnet bekommen. Als unsere Karten an der Tür nicht gingen wurde uns die Tür von einem Mitarbeiter geöffnet - dabei haben wir festgestellt, dass das Zimmer bereits vergeben ist. Das eigentliche Zimmer konnte aufgrund unangenehmen Geruches nicht bezogen werden, sodass wir erst nach über einer Stunde dann unser neues (drittes) Zimmer beziehen konnten.

La chambre était à coté des ascenseurs que l'on entendait fonctionner ce qui pour une personne comme moi avec le sommeil léger est pénalisant.

Uitermate teleurstellend. Hotel is enorm achteruit gegaan, zowel in service als accomodaie zelf.

Het parkeren ging prima. Wel zelf een plats moeten reserveren via OnePark. Dit was niet vooraf aangekonding. Daarnaast was het ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid.

Bij aankomst geen mogeijkheid om in te checken in verband met te grote drukte. Op verzoek van een medewerker later terugggekomen en eerst de stad in gegaan. Toen we begin van de avond terugkwamen was er een stroomstoring, waardoor we nog altijd niet konden inchecken. Na ruim een uur wachten werd dit opgelost en kregen we een kamer. We hadden op voorhand via Booking.com een upgrade geboekt met uitzicht op de Eifeltoren voor €22,-. Maar deze hebhen we nooit gekregen. Volgens de medewerker ter plaatsse ging het om uitzicht op de stad in plaats van de Eifeltoren. Echter konden we de stad ook niet zien. Daasnaast werd als compensatie voor de stroomuitval en het gebrek aan een hotelkamer vanaf originele incheckttijd, aangeboden de reeds betaalde parkeerkosten bij de partnerpartij van het hotel, OnePark, te laten vervallen. Hier is tot op hede nog geen gehoor aan gegeven.

Le robinet de la baignoire était cassé. Impossible de mettre le mode douche. J'avais oublié ma brosse à cheveux, il y en avait de dispo mais il fallait descendre en serviette trempée... car pas de service en chambre. moi qui choisis les hôtels en fonction du groupe Accor hôtels

Bien pour un séjour pro !

Bonne localisation, bon accueil, chambre propre et check in/out rapide sans blabla. Accès à la gare Montparnasse idéal. Je recommande globalement cet hôtel qui est assez de bonne qualité.

Chambre un peu vieillotte, prise dénudée dans la chambre, SDB à refaire (propre mais vieillotte pour 220€ la nuit). Climatisation bruyante et personnel insistant pour venir faire le ménage alors que j'étais en visio. Pas de "Do not disturb" dans la chambre à mettre à la porte.

People doing the difference. Jane at the reception was always very kind and measured no effort to support when needed. Professionals that exceeds expectations should be recognised and valued @Accor.

Restaurant: Service is really poor (not the breakfast area). Unacceptable that a hotel like this has staff that do not speak English. Food isn't great either.

The air conditioning was too hot even after notifying the hotel for several times My mom was tired I asked for assistance they said look in the internet for hospital not even helping us finding hospital The bed was too small and they never changed the bedding even after 6 nights and we asked for it but never done Overall we don’t think it was worth the money

Requested early checkin 10 days before arriving. When we reached they said there is no early checkin available.However, they conveniently allowed several Americans guests (on three occasion) to checkin early despite them arriving much after us. So we waited in lobby on office chairs for 2 ½ hour without any water. Missed our scheduled non-refundable, non-transferrable tour of Paris. Extremely rude staff. Very blunt with their contempt for Indians. They spoke in clear English with Americans tourists but kept telling us that they dont speak English. Ignored our half-hourly request for status update. At exactly 4pm they told us that we can go up to our 21 m2 room. When we reached the room the keys didn’t work Went down to reception twice for the replacement keys. No water, only one towels. no soap in the room Waited for 45 minutes for water, soap, towels. No response. So I had to go back down once again for them Tea Kettle did not work. So went back 4th time for replacement kettle. Fire alarms went off four times during our stay. Construction work at 6am without any notice I had booked a room with view. The only view was of a railway yard. See photo

location is good for rail links

modern lobby and Victorian rooms. Old , tatty and air con did not function. Hot stuffy night endured and won’t be back.
