Bed was comfortable. Room had the basics that you need for an overnight stay. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Kettle and tea etc was in the room. Tv had lots of channels to watch. Convenient location. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Room spacious enough for 3 people.
Friendly staff - especially lady who had a morning shift on 12th September (sorry I didn’t get your name).
Great shower pressure and comfy beds.
Breakfast is a cold breakfast box - corn flakes with milk, tiny bottle of water, flapjack and pain au chocolat - all of questionable taste; better to get Greggs from petrol station next door.
Really hot and stuffy room despite having heating off and window open all the time.
Smell… strong, overwhelming smell of chlorine that makes you feel sick and makes you feel like you still stink of it when going out.
Generally in needs of an update…
