It’s self check in, the people send all the information and codes to your phone to get into the property, very good location for my needs to get to Donnington Park, quite location, but in a nice village handy for getting stuff and some good restaurants, property was clean and tidy, great shower, they leave breakfast stuff for you in a shared kitchen for everyone to use.
Parking was a little small and difficult to get a parking space, bed was to soft for me, but that’s a personal choice, not keen on a shared kitchen, would rather not use and pay less,

It was very clean and decorated nice.
The bed was so uncomfortable, also we were given a loft room with only sky lights so it felt very closed in and loads of stairs that we had to carry two heavy cases up.
Also, it said it had parking which was why I booked it, but parking is limited, there isn’t enough spaces too cover every room so we had to drag our heavy cases down a hill and park on a fairly narrow road.

"Having kitchen facilities, both in the room and a communal one as well, was great."
