We didn't dine at the hotel but breakfast was delightful. Public rooms are beautifully designed and service exemplary.

When I arrived my room was excessively hot. The windows were shut so no fresh air was getting in. The windows only opened a tiny amount which is crazy in the current hot temperatures.
The worst thing thing was the duvet was 10.5 tog. It is incredible that a good hotel thinks this is appropriate in temperatures between 25 and 30. I had to remove the duvet and sleep under the duvet covers. When will hotels start using appropriate duvets for the season
