Value, location, very friendly staff. Clean. Was able to check in early.
Almost non-existent hot water from the shower.
Bulb was flashing in room from main light.

Good location, close to town and sea front.
Noisy on main road. Felt the place seemed a bit dated, clean but basic facilities. Bathroom sensor light and extractor fan were very sensitive and seem to overrun and noisy.
Missing hotel info / local guide in the room, basic stuff for the area etc.
Room not serviced for second day of our stay , inc replacing tea / coffee.

Pleasant location though could be noisy with traffic
Breakfast wasn’t very good tea and coffee facilities in the room weren’t great felt a bit 80’s a small fridge and or biscuits could be good.
