Hythe is a very moochable and attractive town full of independent shops and an indoor market. The Old Post Office has lots of charm & character and is in an excellent location to explore the area on foot. Owner very friendly and helpful. Ringo app allows you to pay for nearby parking without leaving your roomš
We booked the twin room assuming the beds could be placed side by side - they canāt! No easily accessible socket for hairdryer etc.

Hythe is a lovely coastal town with charm, the property is located perfectly for exploring the area.
Interesting building with a pay as you go car park close by
Very tired soft mattress with no support . Not suitable for a boutique hotel and urgently needs replacing . We struggled sleeping here which was disappointing, the shower room was small basic and uninviting, the shower itself was very poor. The postmaster room is in the roof , very hot with no A/C during summer. Judging by the depths of roof line I would expect limited insulation. Definitely needs some attention. We did book because of the positive reviews and think maybe the majority are for the lower rooms perhaps
