Lovely small guesthouse in the centre of Hythe. The rooms were spacious and nice decor. It was great to have a fridge too. The owner Jamie was really welcoming and helpful with recommendations of places to go, letting us leave our bags there early etc. The room was very clean and the towels smelt great!

Our room was huge. It was very cold weather but the room was lovely and warm. The host was very helpful and gave us recommendations for local restaurants for breakfast and the evening meal. We had an issue with our baggage that he resolved for us.

Hythe is a lovely coastal town with charm, the property is located perfectly for exploring the area. Interesting building with a pay as you go car park close by

Very tired soft mattress with no support . Not suitable for a boutique hotel and urgently needs replacing . We struggled sleeping here which was disappointing, the shower room was small basic and uninviting, the shower itself was very poor. The postmaster room is in the roof , very hot with no A/C during summer. Judging by the depths of roof line I would expect limited insulation. Definitely needs some attention. We did book because of the positive reviews and think maybe the majority are for the lower rooms perhaps
