Fantastisch!

Prachtige ligging aan het strand, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een aantal boodschappen als welkom. Heel goed verzorgd. Heerlijke stortdouche. Echt een aanrader, wij komen zeker nog eens.

Fabulous apartment and really thoughtful items from the hosts made this a brilliant stay.

Beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The pantry was so useful and the little extras left by the hosts were a really nice touch. Fabulous location. We’ll be back!

Modern stay for a traditional seaside break

The welcome pack was great and facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were great. Even the weather being bad - the view of the sea during the storm was lovely! Perfect location for the beach/cafe/high street and restaurants

The only thing that I though a little odd was the cabinet of food that was available - but the sauces and jams etc were open and not refrigerated.

A lovely apartment in a tranquil location

The location was excellent, so lovely to be able to sit out and admire the sea from the front garden also. Fantastic amenities in the apartment, everything was very modern and clean. A lovely touch to supply some breakfast bits, and have access to a shared pantry.

Beautifully decorated and equipped apartment right on the beach. It absolutely made our holiday arriving at a such a wonderful place with everything you could possibly think of at hand!

Me and my partner stayed in the admirals deck room for a week and we enjoyed every moment of our stay! We felt so comfortable and felt at home and there was so much attention to detail in the room we stayed in. Beautiful view from the balcony and they supplied us with mostly everything we needed in the welcome hamper + other things such as beach towels, etc. Needless to say we were very sad to be leaving but will 100% be returning! Thank you so much!

A wonderful and much needed break in a superb apartment and great location

The communication beforehand from the owner was excellent, emails and phone response. The attention to detail including a lovely welcome box and access to extra's from the fridge and pantry the interior design of the property was amazing

Seeing the leaflet giving prices for a 3 might stay in the specific apartment that we were staying in and realising that we had paid (via booking.com) £285 more for our 3 night stay :(

Location of the property with a lovely sea view. Cleanliness and attention to detail, Sophie has thought of everything, even the welcome basket and essentials in the fridge to get you going was a welcome touch.

An unforgettable stay !

Everything about our weekend exceeded our expectations, fantastic apartment and attention to detail, for sure we will be returning to stay here again in the near future and will be sharing our experience with friends and family

Having to leave here and come home, we wish we had booked an extra day or two.

Superb

We've had a lovely stay at short notice. The flat was great and having the beach right outside the door was fantastic. Our son was so excited about this. We loved all the little details and it was lovely having some essentials waiting for us when we arrived. After an 8-hour trip in the car, I really appreciated not having to pop to the supermarket to get breakfast sorted the next morning. The owners were really thoughtful. Thank you for contacting us beforehand to ask about the bedding needed and offering to have it ready.

We hope we didn't bother the other guests too much with our early morning starts. Six-year-olds rarely do lie-ins. :)

A comfortable and classy retreat that delivers beyond expectation. Not a detail in thought of!

The property was extremely clean and well equipped. The small gestures of gratitude went a long way and Sophie was extremely helpful over the phone.

There wasn’t much to not like about the property and my stay. If I where to really pick something it would have been the heavy footsteps from the apartment above, however this did stop at around 10pm or so which you guided as being quiet time.

Perfection in hythe... accomodation and location. P

Stayed in Gull's Rest..Superb high spec accomodation right on the sea front... even a complementary welcome pack and a great selection of food and drink with an honesty box in the lobby... they've just thought of everything.. didn't hear any of the other guests during our stay ... totally silent... apart from the waves... What else can I say .. pure perfection .. watching the sun rise over the sea from your bed every morning ... both felt totally relaxed upon departure.. so will be rebooking in the future... thankyou for a perfect stay.

Only minor niggle was the key coded accessed door system.. while holding bags and suitcases... could be fiddly.. and frustrating.. but as i say... its a minor thing.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. We would recommend t highly.

This is a very welcoming apartment, the owners go to exceptional lengths to make you welcome. Everything is thought of to make your stay enjoyable. we travel extensively and this is one the best we have stayed at. We used it as a base for visiting local attractions like Dover Castle and Canterbury Cathedral. Highly recommended.

Perfect

We both loved it, wish we could've stayed longer than a weekend. Food hamper was lovely and not expected, made our breakfast for the next morning. Location was perfect. We will definitely stay again sometime.

Perfect place to stay! Very nice rooms, eggs and croissants excellent breakfast, great view and very friendly owners. Just perfect place by the sea ,rooms are very clean and are top notch is deco and bathrooms to die for also the bed was very comfy ,everything you can think off its it ,travelled a lot its in my top 3 places to stay,and main town 5 min walk . i will be back !!!

Absolutly fantastic, we will be back!

The location was amazing, the apartment itself was absolutely stunning and the owners were so friendly and kind.

Unfortunately you could hear next doors apartment very clearly including conversations and their TV. The heating was also a little warm but we couldn’t find a way to turn it down (there may well be, but we forgot to text the owners to ask and didn’t remember until late on our second evening!)
