Nice comfortable and clean room. Good location within walking distance to the railway station which meant we could leave the car alone for two days. Frequent trains to Cork and Cobh.

Large grounds
I appreciate the dog run area however the lock / close mechanism on the gate didn’t work. It was also quite dangerously sharp to pass. I had an assistance dog with vest clearly visible but was constantly being told what areas of the hotel I could not enter such as the bar / restaurant. This is not correct for an assistance dog. It was very loud also.

The property was well kept and situated
The shower in our executive room did not work and was not fixed after we requested it be repaired.
The TV is situated in such a position that it is not suitable to watch whilst in bed.
