Good but extremely noisey even in the corridors

The new rooms were lovely

Very noisey due to construction which I wasn’t made aware of I was waiting to check in for over 30minutes as their was no one at the front desk

Pleasant

The location is easily accessible by car. The beds were comfortable. The night manager was really nice and helpful as we had some problems with our room.

The center of the city is quite far away, half an hour by city bus. The toiletries and towels were prepared just for two people even though we had a booking for three in a room with three beds. The shower in our room was broken. The night manager nicely and efficiently solved the problem and moved us to another room. Sadly, the only option was a room with two beds and an additional folding bed which was clearly not that comfortable. The staff was polite but cold, we would expect at least an apology for the inconvenience we encountered. The night manager is the bright exception, of course.

The location is great and lovely for walks and near the city

Hotel being renovated which cant be helped , but breakfast has gone down hill from our last visit , we bisit regularly,, bar food could be much nicer

A great experience

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great. A few teething problems in the hotel rooms (air con not working) but the new rooms are so fab it didnt matter. Staff also couldnt have been more helpful and dropped up a fan. A great stay and will be back

Lovely location for those who prefer a wooded option just outside Cork city center.

The location tucked in the woods made for two quiet and relaxing nights. The corner junior suite was very spacious and well-appointed. Self-parking was extremely easy and convenient.

The hotel will be even better once the renovation is complete. There was construction going on during our stay, though not too early in the morning and not on weekend. The hotel was very transparent telling us ahead of time that the construction was underway.

Bed was so comfortable , and l loved bathroom decor, it was gorgeous, plenty of room, it was a lovely size, not too small, would definitely return

The beatiful decor and location

The walls were thin. We were woken up by the couple in the next room fighting. No staff answeted our call for help. It ruined our stay.

Exceptional

I was at my cousins wedding and the food was beautiful and the staff were very efficient and friendly I would highly recommend it for a wedding.

The price of beer is expensive 6.50 for a bottle of beer and 7.20 for a pint

All in all a nice comfortable stay but all the little things were annoying.

quiet. beds were comfortable.

austere decor in lounge Guinness was ice cold in lounge bathtub cold water tap only tricked so almost scalded. tub stopper could not be removed. only one small soap and were told to share between two people by reception only one face cloth for two people. stale biscuits remote for Netflix not working. no reading lamp .

The room was very clean and renovated Food was delicious

There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom, though the bathroom was sparkling clean, I had to keep the door closed at all times to prevent the smell entering the room. Food was bit pricey

Exceptional

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional, from if I'm not mistaken Ava on reception?, the kitchen manager serving breakfast and her assistant who was an excellent waitress to the young lady working in the bar. Food was excellent. Room and bathroom was spotless. Willl definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Exceptional

The establishment was opulently decorated. The reception was generous and helpful. The room was cozy and the water pressure was great. The garden and grounds were beautiful. Plenty of parking was available upon arrival. Attila the bartender was very nice.

We arrived at night and almost missed the treacherous driveway onto the property because there are no lit signs indicating where the driveway is. Drain in the shower was a little slow.
