Staff were professional helpful and friendly. Property was very well maintained and presented, staff seemed to embrace their roles and were diligent respectful and went the extra mile to ensure clients were treated well - they were so helpful!

This hotel hosts weddings, so it can be very loud when these are going on. We arrived to a very loud busy wedding. My parents room overlooked the courtyard so it was very loud for them. They were woken up by people coming in all the through the night. There were 2 weddings while we were staying for 3 nights.
A lot of the staff at breakfast and the bar were friendly. Some were quite unhelpful.
It is a journey into town, which during rush hour (the traffic is very bad in Cork) takes twice as long. It ended up getting expensive getting taxis. The bus only accepts cash.
